This website is partially compliant with the accessibility requirements established by current legislation and the UNI CEI EN 301549:2022 standard, due to some non-compliances and justified exceptions for disproportionate burden, as set out in Article 3-ter of Law 4/2004.
Partially Compliant Content
The following features are only partially compliant:
• 1.4.4 Resize text – Text may not always resize correctly when enlarged, but generally remains readable and accessible.
• 2.4.4 Link purpose (in context) – Some links may not be clear on their own, but their purpose can be understood from nearby context.
• 2.5.3 Label in name – Some controls or buttons may have a visible label that differs from the name used by screen readers, but the function remains partially understandable.
• 4.1.2 Name, Role, Value – Some interface components, such as buttons or forms, may not correctly communicate their name, role, or state to screen readers, but remain partially accessible.
• 2.4.1 Bypass blocks – Some mechanisms for skipping repetitive content blocks may not always be available or easily identifiable, but navigation remains partially manageable.
• 1.4.12 Text spacing – Text spacing may not be fully adjustable, but this does not compromise overall readability.
• 2.4.6 Headings and labels – Labels may not always be fully clear or consistent with intent, but this does not seriously impair understanding of functions or actions.
• 3.2.4 Consistent identification – Some elements may not be identified in a completely consistent way, but this does not seriously hinder user understanding.
• 3.2.1 On focus – Some elements may not be clearly highlighted when receiving focus, but this does not completely prevent interaction with content.
• 2.4.2 Page titled – Page titles may not always be consistent or fully descriptive, but this does not significantly impact page comprehension.

Non-Compliant Content
The following features are not compliant:
1.3.1 Info and relationships – Structural information may not be recognizable or correctly linked, making it difficult to use the page with assistive technologies.
1.4.1 Use of color – Color might be the only method used to convey essential information, creating difficulties for users relying on assistive tech or with color perception issues.
1.4.3 Contrast (minimum) – Many texts or visual elements may have insufficient contrast with the background, significantly impacting readability for users with visual impairments.
2.4.7 Focus visible – Focus may not be visible during keyboard navigation, making it hard to determine the user’s position on the page.
4.1.1 Parsing – The code may contain significant or frequent errors, which could prevent assistive tools from reading content correctly.
1.1.1 Non-text content – Non-text content may lack any text alternatives, making them completely inaccessible to users who cannot perceive them visually or otherwise.
– 3.2.2 On input – User input may lack clear status indicators or undo functionality, resulting in confusing or risky interactions for assistive technology users.
– 1.4.10 Reflow – Reflow may occur without warning or control, making it difficult for users relying on assistive technology to follow or understand content changes.
– 2.4.3 Focus order – Focus may move in an erratic or unpredictable way, making navigation challenging for keyboard-only users.
Justification for Disproportionate Burden
Compliance would require:
• External specialist interventions
• Significant financial investment
• Considerable organizational impact, diverting resources from standard operations
Therefore, at this stage, it is not feasible to implement all required adjustments. However, we are committed to progressive improvement. Every update or change will aim to enhance accessibility, within the limits of our technical, financial, and organizational resources.
